The Opportunity

We are looking for a Strategy Analytics Specialist to join the Customer Portfolios business unit. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on our taskforce to optimise functions and solve business problems to assist our frontline, who ultimately support our customers. This will be achieved by utilising analytics tools & techniques to generate business insights, resolving key questions and developing fact based strategic recommendations.


You will liaise with a variety of stakeholders, work collaboratively with colleagues, peers and SME’s to frame, scope and structure strategic problems and develop actionable and clear recommendations in a timely manner. Working closely with our operational excellence teams, you will also provide automated reporting and data visualisation to help us realise our goals.


To be considered, you will bring advanced analytics skills ideally gained from a strategy role with at least three years' experience. You are technically savvy and enjoy extracting information from systems, coding, reporting and communicating to stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in structured problem solving and project management expertise is essential. Exposure to/ interest in frontline operations i.e call centre, retail will be highly regarded.
