This role will support the Customer Insights team to uncover and communicate insights by utilising multiple internal and external data sources to build a layered and rich analysis.

 

The Strategy analyst will develop reports and subsequent insights linked to existing strategic frameworks as well as identify behaviours linked to brand advocacy, prioritisation of service and marketing interactions based on advocacy and commercial outcomes and segment understanding.

 

By understanding the different data sources available, data relationships and data quality, the role will identify issues and gaps with the data and provide recommendations to fill or resolve them.

 

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate and timely data reports (including tables/graphs) for management reporting
  • Seeking advice from, and collaborating with data owners to ensure quality and consistency of data use and application
  • Creating automated data processing and dashboards for ongoing reporting requirements
  • Analysing customer feedback and insights across our NPS programs, to ensure ongoing refinement of strategy
  • Developing and maintaining models of consumer behaviour and linking back to existing strategic frameworks where relevant (e.g. driver analysis, Multivariate regression, propensity models).

 

 

 

 

Your impact

 

Degree qualified, you have experience working in an analytical function, preferably utilising large customer datasets or in a similar role supporting strategy functions.

 

With strong capability to manage data extraction, manipulation, running and creating queries using different tools, you can process data of various types including survey data, Excel, SPSS/Q & SQL.

 

Your keen attention to detail strong problem solving and analytical skills support your customer-focused attitude enabling you to quickly build business knowledge to understand the customer data, business rules and patterns, and provide value-add analysis or input to business stakeholders.
