Amplar Health is on a mission to make health personal—and we’re looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Designer to help us lead the way in our Product Squad.
What You’ll Do:
- Design future-state customer experiences across multi-channel health programs using Human Centred Design.
- Working on end-to-end design projects that improve customer engagement and accelerate enrolments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product, marketing, clinical, and more—to deliver innovative, market-leading solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, conduct research, and create compelling design artefacts like journey maps, service blueprints, and storyboards.
- Champion customer-centric thinking and share your skills with your squads.
What You Bring:
- A design degree or equivalent, with a couple of years of CX/service design experience.
- Proven ability to lead strategic design projects and influence business change.
- Expertise in customer research, prototyping, and stakeholder engagement.
- A passion for health and a customer-obsessed mindset.
- Bonus points for experience in Agile environments or health service design!
