  • Proactively identify roadblocks and dependencies, while curating pathways forward with key stakeholders without compromising safety, security or quality.
  • Be knowledgeable in the latest trends and insights relevant to your Excellence/Squad and contribute to future strategic vision.

Must haves:

  • Proven leadership experience – extensive experience delivering complex initiatives and transformations ideally within a Primary Care context
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., Digital Health Record, Medicare, FHIR, HL7), and digital health regulation
  • Stakeholder management – skilled in influencing and aligning stakeholders, including board members, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
  • Strategic and innovative thinking – demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies that deliver measurable business value
  • Proven ability to balance competing priorities while driving high-impact outcomes and maximising value
  • Strong focus on value creation through strategic decision-making and effective prioritisation across a portfolio of work
  • Communication and collaboration – exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and accountability across teams
