Squad Lead - Pricing

About the role

We’re looking for a Squad Lead – Pricing to join our Finance & Strategy team. This is an actuarial leadership role where you’ll guide technical pricing, commercial pricing analytics, and pricing strategy. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver value to our customers and support Medibank’s mission to improve health outcomes.

You’ll work closely with the Chief Actuary and partner across the business to translate strategy into action. This role is all about collaboration, innovation, and making a real impact.

The responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead the development and execution of technical pricing, commercial pricing analytics, and pricing strategy.
• Partner with business leaders to provide insights and advice that drive better decision-making.
• Build capabilities for translating strategy into execution and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Manage pricing governance and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in product hierarchy and profitability.
• Foster a culture of curiosity, respect, and constructive challenge within your team and across the business.
