The Opportunity


The Sponsorship Integration Manager is primarily responsible for managing the development, implementation and amplification of our sponsorship strategy in support of Medibank’s positioning and purpose; Live Better.  


The role is responsible for the end-to end coordination and delivery of several high impact community facing partnerships that enhance Medibank’s brand and connection with our customers. 


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Manage the operational delivery of Medibank’s sponsorship program, including events and onsite activations, and the development of marketing collateral and promotions
  • Co-create integrated amplification programs to drive sponsorship effectiveness through collaboration with media, digital, social and PR teams
  • Support the Sponsorship Lead in developing measurable sponsorship objectives that align to wider business and brand priorities
  • In collaboration with relevent stakeholders, lead the contract management process for commercial partners and utilise insights to identify commercial opportunities
  • Work closely with the Brand, Acquisition & Growth teams to ensure consistent strategy aligned with established brand guidelines
  • Build robust relationships with external stakeholders including key sponsorship partners and agencies. 


About you


To succeed in this role, you have several years of experience working in a similar sponsorship management role, ideally gained within customer-focused services environments.


Degree qualified, you have a clear understanding of sponsorship media trends and brand positioning to maximise opportunities and leverage sponsorship properties. 


With the ability to develop strategies to amplify Medibank’s presence in the market, you can develop, sustain and engage stakeholders creating key relationships with our partners and agencies identifying new opportunities for the business.
