We’re looking for a passionate engineering leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional business outcomes. In this role, you’ll design and implement innovative technology solutions, ensuring they are robust, maintainable, and aligned with best practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of full-stack solutions that meet business needs, on time and within budget.
• Design technical solutions and apply sound coding practices, ensuring maintainable and secure codebases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate, plan, and execute system-wide development work.
• Support testing activities (System, Integration, UAT) and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Drive process improvements, contribute to Communities of Practice, and champion innovation across the team.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure compliance with security standards and internal policies.

Must haves:

• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in software design and implementation, with strong skills in ReactJS, Java, RESTful APIs, and microservices patterns.
• Tools & Practices: Proficiency with GIT, Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Leadership & Experience: 8+ years in the industry or equivalent capability, with proven experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
• Ways of Working: Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), test-driven development, and continuous integration/delivery.
• Mindset: Future-oriented, adaptable, and committed to brilliant execution with a human-centered approach.

Bonus skills: Micro-Frontends, NextJS, AWS Cloud Services, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
