The Opportunity
As the Senior Workforce Strategy Consultant, you will collaborate with the Analytics and Workforce Planning teams to uplift Amplar’s workforce planning capability through enhanced rostering and scheduling processes across the Amplar Operations Division.
You will leverage deep data sets to create insights and analytical solutions to support management decision making, impacting Amplar Health customers, operations, clinical and commercial outcomes.
How you will create value
In this broad ranging role, you will use your analytical and technical skills to add value to Amplar Health by:
- Acting as a trusted business partner to operational stakeholders, understanding needs and translate business problems into relevant workforce solutions to improve customer, operational, and business outcomes.
- Collaborating with business and operational leaders to uplift Amplar’s workforce planning capability through enhanced rostering and scheduling processes across Amplar operations.
- Partnering with multiple businesses to analyse and recommend short and long-term interventions for current businesses as well as support the growth of Amplar Health by leading and recommending optimal workforce compositions and models for future business.
- Providing advice on optimal workforce mix and operational scheduling and rostering processes.
- Leveraging best practice workforce planning to provide insight and recommendations to support Amplar operational leaders on how to best optimise staffing levels.
- Generate highly accurate forecasts for call volume demand, average handling time, attrition and staffing requirements ranging from short (30 -60 days) to long term (12 months) resource plans
- Using historic data and trends to analyse behaviours that influence workload and workforce demand and articulate assumptions to model forecasts
- Leading resource planning meetings and discussions with internal and external stakeholders including bids, tenders, expansions and restructures
- Translate complex workforce data into meaningful insights, using advanced visualisation techniques
About You
You have proven workforce planning capability with a track record of leading process improvement and improving efficiency and productivity within an organisation. With excellent relationship management skills, you provide support to business stakeholders with customer, operational and commercial insights through in-depth analysis, to support informed decision making.
Other key requirements include:
- Minimum 10 years of workforce planning and optimisation experience in large, complex contact centres and/or community-based healthcare environments.
- Deep experience across end-to-end workforce planning methodologies, including modelling, forecasting and scheduling
- Expertise in Workforce Planning software/s (eWFM, Aspect or other) as well as community-based rostering and scheduling tools.
- Skills in data analytic, visualisations and storytelling is required to present meaningful information to business leaders and stakeholder groups
