What’s the opportunity?
As the Senior Customer Strategy Manager, you’ll be at the heart of influencing Medibank’s future direction - co-creating horizon 2 and 3 strategy, driving the annual Corporate planning process, and crafting compelling narratives for Executive, Board, and external investors. You’ll work across the business to uncover insights, build business cases, and guide decision-making that improves customer outcomes and drives growth.
What you’ll be doing:

Drive strategic problem solving for our biggest enterprise challenges: Frame and structure ambiguous problems using best-practice approaches, and lead end-to-end projects

Generate high impact insights: Lead junior team members to crack problems using best practice analytical techniques

Create compelling narratives for Executive, Board, and external investors

Drive capability development for junior team members, and build broader business owner capability
What you bring:

A degree qualification in a relevant field

Experience: 4+ years in strategy consulting, or 6+ years in senior strategy roles

Skills: Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, performance management, team building, problem-solving, and communication skills

Attitude: Impact-oriented, collaborative, resilient, and team-focused with a passion for driving health outcomes for Australian
