Senior Strategy Analyst

The Opportunity

In this permanent role, you’ll work at the heart of our healthcare strategy—solving complex challenges across our provider networks (hospital, medical, and ancillary). You’ll partner with teams across the business and external stakeholders (including hospitals, providers and industry bodies) to design smarter, more effective ways to deliver care and improve outcomes for our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead structured analysis to solve high-impact strategic problems
• Turn data into insights on network performance, market position and opportunities
• Develop clear, evidence-based recommendations for senior leaders
• Design and test new models of care with healthcare providers
• Translate strategy into practical, executable plans
• Support delivery of key strategic initiatives across the business
• Decide if your day is best spent working from home or the office (there are no mandatory office attendance days here)

About You

You’re curious, analytical and commercially minded, with a passion for solving complex problems and driving real-world impact.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in strategy, consulting or a similar analytical role
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to analysis
• Experience in business case development, modelling or forecasting
• Ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders
• A collaborative mindset and drive to deliver outcomes

• Experience in healthcare or private health insurance and / or an understanding of the Australian healthcare landscape would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
