What You’ll Be Doing

• Strategic Impact: Work on high-priority challenges that shape the future of our business and how we operate.
• AI-Driven Transformation: Support the delivery and adoption of AI solutions that uplift performance and drive innovation.
• Collaborative Delivery: Align stakeholders, unblock decisions, and orchestrate change across teams.
• Creative Problem Solving: Use structured thinking to bring clarity to complex problems and turn insights into action.
• Cross-Business Exposure: Partner with diverse teams and share your work with senior leaders.

Who You Are

You bring a strategic mindset and a collaborative spirit. With experience in Management Consulting, in-house Strategy, or Digital Transformation, you’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes.

You’re skilled in building business cases, scenario modelling, and applying emerging technologies like AI and automation to real-world problems. You thrive in team environments, communicate with clarity, and know how to get things done.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience implementing AI or automation solutions.
• A track record of driving tech adoption or uplifting legacy systems.
• Familiarity with data platforms and emerging technologies.
