Senior Product Designer

The Opportunity

Join our Enterprise Digital team as a Senior Product Designer, where you’ll define end-to-end user experiences for digital initiatives. Working in an agile, cross-functional squad, you’ll shape UI and interaction design, champion customer-centric solutions, and contribute to our Design Language System to ensure scalable, intuitive, and accessible designs.

Please note this is a Fixed Term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end product design, from research and concept development to prototyping and final UI.
• Conduct customer testing and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Be a key member of the squad collaborating with Squad Leads, stakeholders and engineers to deliver customer-obsessed solutions
• Maintain and evolve design operations, including workflows, documentation, and quality standards.
• Contribute to design strategy by influencing product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
• Actively participate in design reviews, rituals, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must haves:

• 3+ years’ experience in product design or a related field within cross-functional digital teams.
• Proven ability to design across discovery and delivery phases, from feature definition to execution.
• Strong understanding of structured problem-solving and user research methodologies.
• Familiarity with technical platforms and experience collaborating with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma) and knowledge of design systems.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate and influence design decisions.
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills, with experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
