About the role

As our Senior Portfolio & Proposition Manager, you’ll lead the way in designing and delivering customer-led propositions that drive growth and retention in the corporate space. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Proposition & Portfolio, this role is all about blending strategy, innovation, and customer experience to make a real impact.

You’ll:

• Develop and execute 3–5-year portfolio strategies informed by deep customer and market insights.
• Design compelling propositions for B2B and B2C customers, leveraging Medibank and ahm capabilities.
• Champion the voice of the customer, embedding insights into every stage of the lifecycle.
• Oversee pricing strategies and regulatory responses to ensure sustainability and margin protection.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and turn them into actionable growth initiatives.

What you’ll bring

• At least 5 years’ experience in product strategy or portfolio management, with a track record of driving growth.
• Advanced skills in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and commercial acumen.
• Strong analytical capability and experience presenting complex business cases to senior leaders.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management, pricing strategy, and customer-led design.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to influence across diverse teams.
