The Role

We’re excited to offer an amazing opportunity in our Commercial Performance squad, part of the Strategy & Analytics hub.

As a Senior Analyst, you'll blend analytical precision with commercial insight to fuel a high-performance culture across Medibank’s Consumer business.

What’s the best part? No two days are the same—you’ll dive into some of our most complex and high-impact challenges, driving real change with your analysis.

You’ll work closely with teams across acquisition, retention, and the broader Consumer division to help deliver on Medibank’s biggest goals.

This is a technical, high-impact role where you’ll:

• Deliver sharp, high-quality analysis, dashboards, and performance reviews—with clear, actionable insights that shape both strategy and execution.
• Build commercial capability across Medibank, including mentoring analysts and helping grow a performance-first mindset.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed insights into everyday decision-making, accelerating our path to growth.

You're commercially savvy, a natural problem-solver, and a confident communicator who knows how to turn data into a compelling story.

You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Managing multiple stakeholders and priorities? That’s your wheelhouse.

Your Toolkit

• Proven analytics experience, ideally in large (ASX-listed) organisations
• Strong SQL/SAS skills; Tableau is a plus
• Comfortable working with massive, complex data sets
• Strategic thinker who understands the broader market context
