The Opportunity – Senior Partnerships Manager, Live Better (Part Time Fixed-Term Contract until September 2026)
As a Senior Partnerships Manager within the Customer Portfolios – Live Better Rewards division, you will play a key role in empowering members to live healthier, happier lives through the development and optimisation of our health and wellbeing partnerships.
This role is responsible for driving partner performance, member value, and commercial outcomes across the Live Better program.
You will manage a portfolio of external partners and work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver compelling member propositions, optimise program performance, and ensure strategic alignment with Medibank’s broader objectives.
How you will create value
In this dynamic and commercially focused role, you will:

Lead the development and execution of partner propositions that deliver high member value and engagement.

Manage and optimise the Members’ Choice Advantage (MCA) Live Better proposition in collaboration with ancillary providers and internal stakeholders.

Drive performance and ROI across the partner portfolio through data-driven insights, reporting, and regular optimisation reviews.

Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and alignment with Medibank’s strategic goals.

Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Clinical, Digital, and Risk Management teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution.

Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that align with member needs and category differentiation.
About you
You are a commercially astute relationship manager with a passion for health and wellbeing. You bring:

Proven experience in developing and managing third-party partnerships.

Strong commercial management and contract negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and influencing skills across internal and external stakeholders.

A track record of building consumer-led solutions based on insight and engagement.
