As our next Senior Partnership & Health and Wellbeing Lead, you’ll take the lead in shaping innovative health programs for some of Australia’s largest and most dynamic organisations. This is your chance to influence national wellbeing strategies, tackle complex workforce health challenges, and create programs that genuinely change lives. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the design, implementation and delivery of national health and wellbeing programs.
- Provide health insights using utilisation reporting and data-driven recommendations.
- Partner with clients to address key workforce health risks (e.g., mental health, fatigue, lifestyle risks).
- Drive innovation and future enhancements to the Health Plan.
- Manage partnership operating rhythms, governance, reporting and contractual expectations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver program, operational and experience improvements.
- Oversee budgets, safety, compliance and delivery of all initiatives.
What You Bring
- Strong relationship management experience with senior stakeholders and B2B clients.
- Expertise in workplace health, wellbeing or employee benefits.
- Experience designing and implementing health programs and presenting data-driven insights.
- Skilled in project management, influencing, communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work across multiple teams, solve problems and deliver results.
- Experience in mental health, EAP or psychological risk (highly regarded but not essential).
