Your new role:
The Senior MarTech Data Analyst is responsible for leading the Hub program of work to deliver and optimise data and audiences to enable multi-channel personalisation for leads and members.
Working within the Consumer Hub this role is responsible for engaging with squad leads to build and deploy customer campaigns and processes.
As a senior member of the team, this role is responsible for the following:
- Quickly picking up concepts and technical requirements so that you rapidly become effective in delivery in a short period of time
- Designing and delivering campaign data and processes that contribute to the Hub’s FY growth targets
- Planning, estimating and delivering work to ensure timelines and quality are met
- Identifying opportunities to improve campaign design leading to an optimal outcome
- Ensuring that all work delivered is compliant to regulatory requirements and internal business rules
Please note this is a 6-month day rate contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide campaigns/trigger leads to channels to support retention and advocacy objectives as well as increase upsell and cross-sell.
- Provide stakeholders with data and expert advice around optimising customer contact.
- Ensure that all customer contact adheres to Medibank’s Customer Contact and Privacy Policies
- Actively engage and influence the Go-To Market team to drive strategic improvements in campaign management and performance.
- Encourage innovation and new ideas to emerge to drive improved campaign data process and efficiency.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a campaign data management role
- Previous experience in Private Health, Insurance, Finance, Telco, or other service sector will be highly advantageous.
- Previous experience of campaign management systems (working knowledge of SAS solutions preferable)
- Experience working with large customer data warehouses.
- Experience programming in data software package (SAS, SQL preferred)
- Proven experience in using analytical insights to provide accurate advice to senior stakeholders and influence decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage internal stakeholders including senior leaders.
- Pro-active & self-motivated and highly organised
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
