At Amplar Health, we’re focused on making healthcare easier for the people we support. We’re now seeking a Senior Insights Analyst to help shape and enable our Customer Health Navigator strategy through strong analytical thinking, commercial insight, and meaningful problem‑solving.

 

About the role

This role sits at the intersection of commercial analysis, customer insight, and operational improvement. You’ll bring analytical rigour, translate insights into business requirements, and support the design of customer and clinical pathways that deliver measurable value.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading analysis that uncovers customer needs, behavioural drivers, and commercial opportunities
  • Translating insights into clear business requirements, use cases, and operational recommendations
  • Supporting value assessment through modelling, benefit measurement and scenario analysis
  • Working closely with clinical, product, finance, and operational teams to shape initiatives
  • Building clear, narrative‑driven insights that influence decision‑making across the organisation
  • Contributing to continuous improvement, uplift of analytical capability, and structured decision frameworks

 

About you

You bring experience in analytics, business analysis, or commercial problem‑solving, ideally within a complex service or healthcare environment. You’re comfortable working with data, clarifying business needs, and shaping insights that drive real outcomes. You collaborate well, communicate clearly, and thrive in work that blends strategy, analysis, and operational impact.
