In this role, you’ll lead Live Better initiatives end to end – from early idea exploration and proposition design, through to delivery and embedding change across the business. You’ll work closely with a wide range of teams and experts to create solutions that make healthcare simpler, more connected, and more supportive for our customers.

You will also:

• Ensure initiatives are delivered in line with the business objectives and key results.

• Run squad operations end to end, including cadences, resourcing and JIRA management, defect management and priority alignment.

• Adapt quickly to changing conditions embracing change while promoting collaboration to deliver iterative strategically aligned outcomes for our customers.

• Look towards the future and source opportunities for innovation across the business, including introducing best practice, providing external perspectives and performing retrospectives / PIR’s to apply learnings for continuous improvement.

• Build credibility with stakeholders by assuming the role of trusted adviser embedded within the business to deal with ambiguity and solve business challenges, including contributing to creative solution design and assisting with estimation and feasibility.

Now, who are you?

Enough about us, let’s talk about you… you are degree qualified and excited by problem solving and aren’t afraid to roll your sleeves up when the time comes.

You are a great communicator and connector of people and have an agile mindset. Communication, collaboration and stakeholder management are key attributes for this role as it brings together teams across multiple business units for initiative delivery.

You are a little obsessive about applying your planning and delivery skills across a variety of workstreams and outcomes specifically in the technology field.

You have significant experience in delivering business outcomes and working within a wider virtual sprint / project team in an Initiative / SCRUM / Project Delivery role.

Finally, you will have exposure to agile sprint-based delivery tools such as JIRA and have excellent analytical skills, including business analysis and elicitation of requirements.
