The Opportunity – Senior Finance Analyst (Workforce, Technology & Change)

Reporting to the Finance Manager – Workforce Delivery, you will operate as a trusted finance partner across Workforce Delivery and Technology & Change portfolios within Amplar Health. The Senior Finance Analyst will also work closely with the Finance Partner – Technology & Change. You will support month-end, forecasting and planning processes, while delivering insightful analysis across a complex cost base.

You will apply strong commercial judgement, financial modelling capability and stakeholder engagement skills to translate both financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support decision-making.

How you will create value

As the Senior Finance Analyst, you will provide value to the team by:

• Partnering with stakeholders to deliver financial analysis and advice across month-end, forecasting and planning cycles.
• Supporting accurate month-end close, including variance analysis and clear, concise performance commentary.
• Analysing a complex cost base, including workforce, technology and project spend, to provide insights and identify opportunities.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment to operational drivers and enterprise strategy.
• Developing and maintaining financial models to support business cases, tender submissions and investment decisions.
• Identifying trends, risks and opportunities through forward-looking analysis and scenario modelling.

About you

You are a commercially minded finance professional with experience in business partnering, ideally within a large and complex organisation. You are comfortable working across multiple portfolios, engaging stakeholders and translating complex data into actionable insights.

Key skills and experience include:

• CA or CPA Qualification
• Experience in management accounting or finance partnering.
• Strong understanding of cost centres, P&Ls and expense management across complex environments.
• Experience supporting month-end processes, including analysis and performance commentary.
• Experience delivering budgets and forecasts in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Strong financial modelling capability to support business cases and initiatives.
