The role

In this new and exciting opportunity, the Senior Commercial Strategy Analyst - Ventures will redefine how data is managed, create impactful reports, and provide invaluable insights into performance, directly contributing to the achievement of our ambitious goals.

Your teams

Yes, teams, you read that right! You will spend most of your time working with our Ventures team working across multiple squads to help each area achieve its key results, and co-creating a roadmap with the team that positions Ventures at the forefront of analytics innovation within Corporate Health. Click here to learn more about our team Valencia.

While you'll primarily work with the Ventures team, your base will be at the Strategy & Analytics hub, where you'll collaborate with a talented team of passionate and skilled analysts, providing you with opportunities to hone your technical skills.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting Australian companies with establishing a foundational understanding of health for both individual employees & companies through the pilot phase of our new app.
• Producing tailored reports such as B2B, B2C, individual employee insights, and sales team performance reports.
• Implementing robust tracking mechanisms to evaluate platform performance against KPIs.
• Providing actionable insights for growth opportunities based on performance data.
• Communicate insights to influence decision-making and strategic planning.
•  Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation, encouraging team members to upskill in insights and reporting.

Now, who are you?

This will be the first analyst role in our Valencia team, so, you will need to thrive in a bit of ambiguity, enjoy thinking creatively and be happy to get into the detail.

You’ll also be embedded in our squads and your insights will inform our key decision makers, so your storytelling, collaboration and ability to focus on the things that matter most will be important. As our technical expert, you’ll also need to be experienced in data analysis using SQL (Teradata/SAS), Tableau, and Excel.
