About the opportunity

 

We have an exciting newly created position available for a talented Senior Commercial Performance Analyst to join our team to support our Ventures business.

 

As the Senior Commercial Performance Analyst – Ventures, you will play a key role in driving analytics and reporting within the Atom hub; a dedicated team building a new Virtual Health Business. 

 

Reporting to the Strategy and Analytics Lead, this role will play a significant part in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights, reports, and advanced analytics, directly contributing to the achievement of the hub’s goals.

 

Key Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Use advance analytics techniques, systems and software to resolve key questions in a timely fashion by developing fact-based strategic recommendations
  • Understand different data sources available to the team, identify issues/gaps with the data and provide recommendations to fill or resolve them
  • Perform complex data analysis, create high quality dashboards/reports
  • Identify key insights and develop strategic recommendations
  • Enhance data management processes, tools and capabilities by contributing to continuous improvement activity and lifting skills by sharing knowledge and experience
  • Work and partner with business users, subject matter experts and technical teams to identify and translate requirements, evaluate data sources and ability to deliver, provide estimates to the business users
  • Provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders, present findings and manage their expectations

 

 

About you

 

  • You will have at least 4 years’ experience in an analysing data ideally based on large and complex data warehouses using SQL (Teradata/ SAS) and Excel, as well as new tools when required
  • Experience in data visualization will be essential for this role (Preferred: Tableau, PowerBI)
  • You will have an eye for detail, be pro active in your approach and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. This role requires an individual who has strong stakeholder management skills and can be an excellent communicator
  • You will be a self starter and be able to work autonomously
  • Being solutions focused and a team player that enables success within the hub
