As a Senior Business Analyst within the Customer Health Navigator (CHN) squad, you’ll play a pivotal role in building a connected and seamless healthcare experience for consumers entering the Amplar ecosystem. This is your chance to lead complex analysis, shape high‑quality business and technical requirements, and influence solutions that directly improve how people access and navigate care.

You’ll work at the intersection of product, technology, clinical services, operations and enterprise teams, translating real problems into actionable insights, championing continuous improvement, and ensuring we deliver safe, scalable and customer‑centric solutions. Please note this is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis activities, eliciting and documenting requirements across diverse technical and operational areas.
  • Develop clear scope, specifications, options and recommendations aligned with customer experience, brand and compliance frameworks.
  • Translate insights into process maps, logical models and solution designs that support safe, consistent care delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Leads, Technology teams and stakeholders to deliver initiatives on time, on budget and to quality standards.
  • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, release readiness and ensure traceability from requirements through to build, test and deployment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing workflows, enabling automation and improving UX.
  • Build strong cross‑functional relationships, advocating for customer‑centric and operationally feasible design decisions.

 

Must Haves

  • 7+ years’ Business Analyst experience in complex digital, health or regulated environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills, including process mapping.
  • High digital literacy with experience in JIRA, Confluence, Miro and similar tools.
  • Experience with case management, CRM or scheduling systems.
  • Proven ability to elicit and document business and system requirements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building capability.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and reform‑driven environments.
  • Agile or hybrid delivery experience.
