Risk Analyst

We're looking for two experienced Risk Analysts to join our Group Risk & Compliance team and support the delivery of a significant enterprise risk management uplift program.

Working within the Enterprise Risk Management Hub, you'll help enhance risk and compliance frameworks, governance practices, policies, and reporting across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful change, working with stakeholders across the business to strengthen risk management capability and support improved decision-making.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the development and implementation of enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks and policies.
• Assisting with governance and reporting improvements, including risk committee support.
• Contributing to the development of an integrated risk architecture across risks, controls, obligations, incidents, and issues.
• Preparing guidance materials, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinating activities, actions, and deliverables across multiple uplift initiatives.

About you

You'll bring:

• 5–8+ years' experience in Risk, Compliance, Risk Transformation, or a similar discipline.
• Experience contributing to the design, development, or uplift of risk and compliance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working on enterprise-wide initiatives in complex organisations.

Desirable

• Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• Familiarity with APRA prudential standards, including CPS 220, CPS 230, and CPS 234.
