Relationship Manager – Amplar Health

 

The Opportunity


Join Amplar Health as a Relationship Manager in the Customer Success team and play a key role in building strong partnerships that deliver better health outcomes. In this role, you’ll manage existing contracts, strengthen external relationships, and ensure services align with customer goals.

You’ll also prepare and deliver presentations to external stakeholders, showcasing the value we bring and supporting strategic conversations. This is a role for someone who thrives on collaboration, takes initiative, and making a real impact.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong external relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to funders.
  • Contract Oversight: Manage existing contracts, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with service standards.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address challenges proactively and maintain trust through transparent communication.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Presentations & Reporting: Prepare and present insights and proposals to external stakeholders, demonstrating value and opportunities for growth.

 

Must Haves

 

  • Proven experience managing external relationships and contracts in the healthcare or related sector.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations to external audiences.
