Join our Platform Engineering team as a Quality Analyst – Automation, where you’ll play a key role in shaping robust digital experiences across our mobile and web platforms.

In this fast‑paced, agile environment, you’ll champion modern testing practices, drive automation within our CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and delivery squads to create reliable, customer‑centric solutions. If you’re motivated by innovation, continuous improvement, and elevating quality across the product lifecycle, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with developers and business analysts early to ensure acceptance criteria are clear, measurable, and testable.
• Align backlog items with well‑defined quality standards, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and coverage gaps.
• Champion shift‑left testing and embed quality thinking into solution design from day one.
• Conduct both automated and exploratory manual testing to strengthen overall test coverage.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, bringing strong quality insight to sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retros.
• Use metrics and reporting to communicate quality trends, automation progress, and release readiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues through effective root cause analysis.
• Mentor team members on best‑practice test automation approaches, tools, and frameworks.

Must haves:

• 5+ years’ experience testing mobile apps, web applications, and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of iOS, Android, mobile technologies, and native/hybrid mobile apps.
• 3+ years working in Agile environments using BDD practices.
• Hands‑on automation experience using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, and Postman.
• Experience validating APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
• Strong programming skills in at least one language (Java, TypeScript, Kotlin, Swift).
• Solid understanding of API structures, test levels/types, and advanced testing techniques.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build and release processes.
• Experience with key tools including: X-Ray (JIRA) for test management; Playwright for web automation; Appium with BrowserStack for mobile automation; Cucumber JVM, TestNG, Maven, GitHub, Jenkins
