The opportunity


The Provider Master Data Administration Team Lead will organise the day-to-day operations of the PMDA team and support the Head of Payment Integrity Operations with activities to resolve provider master data issues.


How will you add value?


As the team leader for the PMDA team, the role includes:

  • co-ordinating and allocating tasks across the team
  • monitoring for timely resolution and achievement of KPIs
  • facilitating quality management assurance activities across the team
  • supporting the development of the team by providing feedback on individual performance (including any data quality errors by the individual)
  • delivering Provider Master Data input on internal projects as and when required
  • ensuring that risk controls agreed with the Head of Payment Integrity Operations are implemented and testing the effectiveness at agreed intervals
  • developing and maintaining process documentation and business rule for PMDA
  • provide input into management reporting to support the Head of Payment Integrity Operations
  • ensure the PMDA team collaborate effectively with the business, IT and other groups to deliver PC&O and Medibank wide strategic initiatives (as agreed with the Head of Payment Integrity Operations)
  • timely completion of other tasks provided to you and the team by the Head of Payment Integrity Operations.



About you:

You will have previous data administration and people management experience as well as keen attention to detail and a strong focus on quality outcomes. Knowledge of Medibank provider registration process and programs will be a distinctive advantage.
