To support the Provider Team within Amplar Health, we are looking for a Provider Coordinator in a full-time permanent capacity.
As a Provider Coordinator, you will oversee and manage the contracted Provider Network that delivers both clinical and non-clinical services for Amplar Health. Key duties include sourcing new providers to join our network, negotiating provider and supplier rates, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, maintaining service delivery standards, fostering positive provider working relationships, and working alongside your peers.
This role has numerous learning opportunities within a very supportive and collaborative team, allowing you to draw from your own skills whilst also leveraging and learning from those around you.
You will play a huge part in this role by:

Completing provider network planning, contract coordination, onboarding & offboarding of network providers.

Lead negotiations with providers on rates, fees, and costs, ensuring alignment with the Amplar Health Rate Card and commercial finance guidelines.

Participate in and promote an environment of growth, development, and capability uplift.

Oversee contract renewals and adjustments, negotiating terms where necessary to optimise cost, quality, and performance outcomes.

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with external providers, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
About You

Experience in provider contracting and governance within a healthcare setting.

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, ability to meet OKR's and work autonomously.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, virtual environment utilising software such as Microsoft 365.

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
