We are looking for a Senior Physio to join the Care Complete team in the position of Program Physio for an initial 12 month fixed term contract, working 0.6 FTE


In this work from home role, you will work with a caseload of participants via digital delivery (phone and video platforms). Using your clinical knowledge as well as a solid understanding of health behaviour change methodology, you will empower participants to achieve positive change within their health and wellbeing and assist them better manage their condition.


Key responsibilities in the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting initial health assessments and develop plans to meet participant’s health goals;
  • Scheduling appropriate follow up consultations via telephone or video to assist them with strength building and improve function as well as pain management techniques;
  • Embedding health behaviour change principles into program delivery;
  • Consistently deliver patient centred care to program participants, helping to minimise preventable health deterioration and maximise health and wellbeing;
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.


About You

You will present with an evident passion for preventative health and a natural ability to build rapport with a wide range of participants and healthcare professionals.


Working in this highly autonomous position you will have an organised and flexible mindset that allows you to meet the unique needs of your clients.

You are  an APHRA registered Physiotherapist with at least 3 years work experience working with patients with musculoskeletal issues specifically knee pain and a good knowledge of and/or experience in a health coaching framework. Highly desirable would be experience working with patients via remote platforms of delivery such as video conferencing or phone.


You will be working from home so will need to have a suitable office area from which to work and reliable internet connection and you can be located anywhere in Australia. From time to time you may also be required to attend team meetings, conferences or other events.
