The Opportunity  

Through our preventative programs, we help clients to manage their health, live well, avoid preventable health deterioration, and take pressure off the healthcare system. 

We are looking for a passionate Physiotherapist to join the Behavioural Programs team in the position of Program Physiotherapist, for a part time, fixed term contract until June 2026 (with the possibility of extension), working a 0.6 FTE.

In this role you will deliver the evidence-based Better Knee Better Me program to eligible participants.  This involves physiotherapist appointments and administering assessments and model of health coaching, through video and telephonic to people with physical care needs. 

In this work from home role, you will manage a caseload of participants via digital delivery (phone and video platforms). Using your clinical knowledge as well as a solid understanding of health behaviour change and motivational interviewing methodology, you will empower participants to achieve positive change within their health and wellbeing.

About You

You will present with an evident passion for preventative health and a natural ability to build rapport and communicate with a wide range of participants and healthcare professionals.

Working in this highly autonomous position you will have an organised and flexible mindset that allows you to meet the unique needs of your clients.

You are an AHPRA registered Physiotherapist with the following experience:

  • At least 5 years’ experience working with a wide demographic of patients with musculoskeletal issues, specifically knee pain and osteoarthritis.
  • Experience in remote delivery programs - over phone or video.
  • Solid understanding of health behaviour changes methodology and motivational interviewing and how this can be applied in practice.

You will be working from home so will need to have a suitable office area from which to work and reliable internet connection.  You can be located anywhere in Australia.
