The Opportunity

We're looking for a Program Partnerships Manager to join our Health Partnerships & Networks team, where you'll help deliver provider programs that improve healthcare access, affordability and outcomes for our customers. Supporting key initiatives such as No Gap and Acute Mental Health programs, you'll work closely with hospitals, medical specialists and internal stakeholders to coordinate provider onboarding, manage relationships and help ensure programs are delivered effectively and provide value to both providers and customers.

What You'll Bring

Experience in healthcare partnerships, provider engagement, contracting or network management
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Commercial and operational acumen, with a focus on delivering outcomes
The ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement
Healthcare, private health insurance or provider network experience is highly regarded
