About the role  

We are looking for a Portfolio Manager – Travel Insurance to join our Phi and Financial Products team on a permanent role. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Financial Products, you will own the ongoing management, product & proposition development, product delivery & implementation, contribution to market share growth and profitability of Medibank and ahm’s Travel Insurance portfolio.

Your impact  

As the Portfolio Manager for Travel Insurance, you will provide added value to our customers through the delivery of high-quality products and services that complement both Medibank and ahm’s Private Health products.  This will include supporting the development and delivery of a product strategy and roadmap to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for our customers and our stakeholders.  


Your strengths and experience  

We are looking for a candidate who is excited to roll up their sleeves, get to know our customers and apply their knowledge of the insurance or travel industry to make an impact. You have 2-3 years experience in Product Management. You own your work and are always looking for new ways to deliver value to our customers and the business. With a drive to deliver results, you often surpass goals. 

Your ability to get in the detail, understand business drivers and ability to analyse and report on your products will set you up for success in this role. You have honed stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work in cross functional teams to build new product concepts and campaigns.
