Portfolio Lifecycle Specialist, Overseas and Corporate Portfolio

The Opportunity  

The role will develop and manage the lifecycle strategy and plan for managing the changing needs of our customers in the Overseas and Corporate portfolio. 

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:  

  • Manage the corporate and overseas customer lifecycle 

  • Ensure the delivery of key performance outcomes for lifecycle retention and customer management 

  • Lead the development of key programs to improve the customer experience across Overseas and Corporate portfolios 

  • Work with squad leads to ensure the needs of students, visitors and workers are met as they transition to Permanent Residency 

  • Support key initiatives within the portfolio as required 

 

In order to be successful in this role, you will have:  

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in portfolio management or related discipline 

  • Product lifecycle management skills, including customer led product conception, design and development, product performance and portfolio management, financial and commercial evaluation and business case development 

  • The ability to deal with complexity, using issue-based problem solving and other strategy frameworks to define and solve problems 

  • Experience in the management or of provision of health services in the B2B environment is desirable but not essential 

  • Demonstrated experience managing various and multiple internal stakeholders 

  • The ability to work autonomously with curiosity and an analytical mindset
