The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Planning & Performance Analyst you support the annual corporate plan and quarterly forecasting process.


You play a key role in forecasting process improvements and assist in the ongoing performance management analysis conducted by planning & performance.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the Group Planning system requirements of the SAP BPC environment;
  • Ensuring final Corporate Plan and Forecasts within SAP BPC aligns with expectations; and
  • Supporting the Commercial Finance Business Partners and Analysts in the planning for and completion of Planning and Forecasting processes.
  • Assist in ad-hoc analysis including deep dives with an aim to provide richer insights to Management



About You

You have prior experience working in complex corporate environments or working in professional services. You possess strong financial analytics skills & are able to translate the story behind the numbers. You have a strong understanding of business planning & consolidation, SAP & General Ledger.


An achievement oriented individual with high attention to detail and problem solving skills, you are able to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Your strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence stakeholders at all levels will set you up for success in this role.


You are CA OR CPA qualified and possess a tertiary degree in finance, statistical, actuarial or business-related discipline. Prior exposure to group wide planning cycles and knowledge of the health care or insurance industry will be highly advantageous.
