Phone Channel Sales Consultant

The Opportunity

Working in a collaborative team environment your role will be to convert both inbound and outbound customer sales leads and provide advice and value to our customers in relation to their health insurance needs. You will be working on a rotating roster, with our hours of operation Monday to Friday, 8am – 8pm and Saturdays 9am – 4pm. 


Key responsibilities:

  • Investigating and assessing needs through effective questioning, highlighting features and benefits and handling objections
  • Completing fund comparisons
  • Understanding our customers’ needs to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Ensuring our customers feel valued and supported through their health journey


About You

We are looking for empathetic and motivated people who are great at communicating over the phone in a compassionate and friendly manner. You will have experience working to targets in a sales environment. You can think on your feet and tailor your response to different situations and people and thrive on being able to solve problems and offer solutions. You support your colleagues and team around you to do the best job they can.
