People Partner - Customer Transformation

About the role

Partnering with stakeholders at all levels, the People Partner plays a lead role in supporting the operational change required to achieve our strategic objectives and drive cultural change.  

 

This role is responsible for:

 

  • Delivering to the change plan, prioritising the employee experience, and ensuring the teams are well informed and ready to help us shape the future of work.
  • Managing the change impact analysis for our employees both at an individual and team level
  • Leading consultation with employee groups, developing a plan and coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure all employees are informed.
  • Partnering with PS&S teams such as employee communications, workplace relations and OD to ensure a robust plan and seamless transformation.
  • Facilitating workshops with leaders and employees to ensure the voice of the employee is heard and teams are well prepared to embrace the operating model.
  • Influencing leaders and internal stakeholders to the prioritise the achievement of our strategic goals.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand capability and training needs.
  • Support a significant mindset shift as we embrace more autonomous teams.

In terms of your experience, we’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who is purpose & value focused, who can help us achieve our purpose & values for our customers, people and the community. 

 

You must bring strong capability in coaching senior stakeholders on all things people related and partnering with them to provide sound and commercial advice that enhances the employee experience and achieves our desired client, patient and business outcomes. Ideally, you will have a strong customer transformation experience who has developed an enterprising mindset who will been excited to take an idea, make it happen & see it through in order to deliver best outcome for our customers & people.
