Medibank’s Live Better Rewards Partnerships Squad is on a mission to empower our members to live healthier, happier lives. We’re looking for a dynamic Partnerships Specialist to help us connect members with impactful partners across activity, provider, shopping, and rewards programs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Champion Partnerships: Manage a portfolio of health and wellbeing partners, ensuring seamless execution and performance.
• Drive Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing to roll out engaging partner campaigns and track their success.
• Optimise Experiences: Keep partner content fresh and user-friendly across our Live Better Rewards platform.
• Deliver Insights: Prepare performance reports and post-campaign analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Build Relationships: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver shared commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

• A performance mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience juggling multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
• A knack for building and managing third-party relationships.
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and high attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Experience in partnerships, marketing, or customer engagement is a plus!
