The Opportunity – Commercial Partnerships Lead (Health & Wellbeing) - Part Time
As a Commercial Partnerships Lead within Medibank’s Corporate Health & Wellbeing team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of health and wellbeing services for our customers.
This role offers the chance to lead strategic supplier engagement, drive innovation, and enable seamless digital access to a diverse range of health and wellbeing services.
How you will create value
You will utilise your expertise in contract negotiation and relationship management to add value to Medibank by:

Driving strategic sourcing, onboarding, and management of health and wellbeing service providers.

Enabling a consistent digital marketplace experience for customers across B2B and B2B2C channels.

Leading commercial negotiations to deliver exceptional value and customer outcomes.

Standardising supplier engagement processes including contracts, governance, and reporting.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams (UX, health, digital, commercial) to deliver seamless service access.

Identifying and forming new strategic partnerships aligned with global health and wellbeing trends.

Representing Medibank in external forums and building strong relationships across the Corporate Health and Wellbeing sector.

Supporting the transition to next-generation operational models and contributing to organisational capability uplift.
About you
You are a strategic and commercially minded professional with deep expertise in supplier management and health partnerships. You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for delivering innovative health and wellbeing solutions.
Key skills and experience include:

Proven experience in building and managing supplier networks in health and/or digital sectors.

5+ years leading commercial partnerships and operations at scale.

Strong negotiation, contract management, and reporting capabilities.

Experience in digital sales channels or eCommerce for health services.

Deep understanding of global health and wellbeing trends and market dynamics.

Strategic thinking, adaptability, and a human-centred approach to leadership.
