PMO Lead – Regulatory Uplift Program (12 Month Fixed-Term Contract) 

 

Medibank is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to oversee the PMO function for our enterprise-wide Regulatory Uplift Program. This influential role is suited to a delivery focused professional who excels in governance, planning, reporting and stakeholder leadership, and is energised by driving uplift in a complex, highly regulated environment. 

 

Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will shape delivery standards, ensure strong execution discipline, and provide clarity and insight across a multi workstream program that includes Risk Management, Risk Culture and Information Security uplifts. 

 

How you will create value 

 

In this pivotal position, you will: 

  • Establish and embed PMO frameworks, delivery standards and governance requirements aligned to regulatory expectations. 

  • Lead integrated planning, coordinating timelines, dependencies and critical paths across multiple delivery areas. 

  • Produce succinct, executive ready reporting and insights for governance forums, assurance partners and regulatory audiences. 

  • Manage program level financials, including budgeting, forecasting and variance reporting. 

  • Oversee risk, issue and dependency management, ensuring clear escalation pathways and proactive mitigation. 

  • Build strong relationships with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, risk, finance and external partners to ensure alignment and delivery success. 

  • Mentor PMO Analysts and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

You bring extensive PMO and program delivery experience, strong governance and reporting expertise, and the confidence to influence at senior levels. Your ability to simplify complex information, partner effectively across the business and maintain calm delivery oversight will set you up for success.
