The role:

 

Sitting in the of Relationship Marketing and Automation Leadership team this role is responsible for the development and delivery of PHI member retention and lifecycle programs, from onboarding the members to proactively grow their advocacy of our products and services.

A key part of this role is to lead and motivate the squads in Retention Crew to ensure we deliver the on our key objectives and customer promise.

 

Your impact:

 

  • Lead by example to create a motivating and collaborative culture for your crew so we deliver on our Objectives and Key Result together.
  • Design and develop the Retention and Lifecycle programs to put customers’ health first and achieve strong business outcome.
  • Bring marketing, business stakeholders and our channels together to further enhance a digital led customer experience.
  • Contribute to the broader relationship marketing strategy with the focus on customer lifecycle stages
  • Manage the budget to optimise the return on investment and ensure effective campaign management processes, including creative approvals, budget reconciliation, campaign tracking and documentation
  • Uplift people capability in line with the increased technical capabilities delivered through Marketing Automation Program

 

Your strengths and experience:

 

We need someone who is passionate about members and has strong track records of taking designing and implementing personalised members programs at speed. Your thought leadership on ways of working and personalising member experience to achieve outcome will take the team to the next level. You are curious by nature and have a learning mindset to push what’s possible for the best customer experience.

  • You bring 5 years or more experience in relationship marketing with a proven track record in personalisation of customer experience and digital service experience.
  • You are resilient and thrive on ambiguity with demonstrated experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
  • You have a strong understanding of commercial impact with experience in delivering results which bring the optimum customer and commercial benefit.
  • Effective business communication is highly important to this role as you will have to articulate strategic vision to senior stakeholders across the business.
  • You have demonstrated experience in a matrix environment and with leading and developing a team to drive culture change

 

Your qualifications:

 

A degree in a Marketing or relevant field is essential.
