Your impact:

 

As Marketing Specialist for Compliance and Mandatory Communications you’ll be responsible for planning, developing and the end to end execution of our refreshed member communication pieces.

 

Where you can add value:

 

  • Manage execution of new and updated member communications across multiple channels including but not limited to brochures, digital, email, post and sms.
  • Collaborate and provide key stakeholders with clear advice and support, including delivery of a detailed, agile communication plan.
  • Use customer insights and effective communication strategies to improve product confidence and manage member expectations through highly personalised and data driven customer communications that incorporate relevant propositions and messaging.
  • Participate in Project Working Groups to ensure alignment and delivery within agreed timeframe.

 

Your strengths and experience:

 

  • Experience working in a highly regulated, high profile brand environment.
  • Experience in delivering data driven Marketing communications.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to manage stakeholders.
  • Project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks at the one time and able to work with ambiguity and change.
