The Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to support the engagement and management of Medibank’s commercial relationships with medical specialists with the goal of optimising value and achieving our Triple Aim of Healthcare (outcome, quality and affordability). This role will work full time on the No Gap Network Project and be a key member of the project team.

 

Your Impact

Key responsibilities of the role include

  • Support the Medical Specialist Engagement Manager with engagement and recruitment of specialists into the No Gap Network.
  • Ensure timely communications between Medibank and providers.
  • Develop and execute medical specialist engagement processes that advance the program's procedures, goals and objectives.
  • Be an enthusiastic part of the Medibank team driving health change in Australia.
  • Working with the HPN team and the specialist’s practice manager to onboard specialists.
  • Ensure that all engagement activity is recorded in CRM.

 

Who are we looking for?

Proactive relationship manager who engages with internal and external stakeholders and develops constructive relationships. You will need to be an effective communicator and influencer. Having experience being able to communicate respectfully and effectively with doctors is key. You’re also results driven individual who commits to high performance and getting things done.  Previous exposure or understanding of the hospital healthcare system and surgical processes would be highly valued.
