The Opportunity

As the Medibank Partnership Manager, you’ll lead the partnership between Medibank and Amplar Health by driving growth, building strong stakeholder relationships across the enterprise, and delivering customer-focused health growth strategies.

Drawing on your strong commercial and partnership experience, you will be responsible for developing and executing the customer success and growth strategy for Medibank. This includes the development of proposals, ensuring customer success, and contributing to overall enterprise health segment growth.

You will strategically help shape how we deliver connected, personalised healthcare experiences and improve outcomes for members.

Your impact

• Build strong, trusted relationships with Medibank stakeholders and act as the key link between organisations
• Identify and lead opportunities to grow the partnership, including large-scale strategic deals
• Work with internal teams to design solutions, develop proposals, and bring new health offerings to life for Medibank members
• Use insights about customers, the health system, and market trends to inform strategy and improve services
• Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and performance, ensuring we meet our obligations and continuously improve the customer experience
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Medibank leaders on how Amplar Health products, services, health navigation and connected care can improve the outcomes and experiences of its Members
• Shape and influence Amplar Health sales strategy in collaboration with executive leadership
• Identify emerging trends, funding, and strategic opportunities to expand Amplar Health’s role to support Medibank and its customers.

About you?

• You will have a commercial mindset, with proven experience in similar roles in partnerships, sales, or growth
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to think strategically and turn ideas into action
• Confidence working across teams to deliver complex outcomes
• Clear, engaging communication and influencing skills
• Experience in healthcare or a related industry highly advantageous
