The Opportunity 


We are on the look -out for an experienced Marketing Specialist who can take responsibility for supporting the implementation of the day-to-day marketing campaigns, offers, acquisition and retention promotions for ahm.

A strong and confident communicator, you will also act as a Marketing representative and collaborate with squads in ahm to deliver growth initiatives in alignment with ahm’s commercial and brand objectives.


Utilising your previous campaign management background and innovative nature, you will deliver deliver digital campaign assets and ensure we deliver against the multi-channel media plan on budget and against key metrics.


How will you to do this…


  • Develop and execute ahm’s campaign activity to deliver acquisition & revenue growth in alignment with the brand and communications strategy
  • Support the marketing team in delivering brand and sponsorship campaigns to market.
  • Manage the development of direct engagement and acquisition campaigns for members (including EDM’s, social, text and post) to support the delivery of key commercial imperatives.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to increase digital prospects across all online channels
  • Manage the social media content from an acquisition perspective. Build and execute campaign related social media content that is relevant and targeted that drives engagement and direct response.  
  • Collaborate with Brand, Member Communications, Partnerships, Legal and Strategy to identify, prioritise, and implement opportunities to improve acquisition and growth.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure all activity is measurable and targets are clearly communicated prior to execution. Deliver against key performance metrics to ensure effectiveness of initiatives.


Your strengths and experience:


A natural self – starter, you are happy to roll up your sleeves to new challenges and are not afraid to put your own stamp on things.


You have proven experience in Marketing Communications in a Service Industry and demonstrated history of end to end Campaign Management.


Drawn from previous experience working in dynamic, fast growing environments you are highly organised and comfortable wearing many hats.


Problem-solving ability is one of your strengths, you use relevant data to provide insight and drive performance. Finally, Stakeholder management and teamwork are your hallmarks. You’re skilled at working collaboratively with others and actively contributing to the achievement of common work goals.
