At Amplar Health, we’re doing things differently in healthcare — and we need a Marketing Specialist who can help us tell that story.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across social, campaigns, events, and brand, helping us attract the right healthcare professionals and build a brand people genuinely want to be part of. It’s a newly created role, with an initial engagement of 12 months fixed term.
What you’ll be doing
Bringing our brand to life
You’ll help make sure everything we put out into the world feels consistent, high-quality, and very Amplar Health.
Attracting great talent
Working with our Sourcing & Attraction team, you’ll help run campaigns and initiatives that connect us with healthcare professionals in the right places, at the right time.
Owning social & content
You’ll create, schedule, and optimise content across our channels — testing, learning, and tweaking as you go.
Running events & activations
Think expos, webinars, and industry events — you’ll help bring these to life and make sure we show up well.
About you

You’ve got a few years experience (2–5) in marketing under your belt, ideally developed in a large corporate within the health space

You’re confident across social, campaigns, events or talent marketing

You’re organised and proactive

You’re creative, but also love using data to make things better and demonstrate impact

You’re great with stakeholders and enjoy working as part of a team

You can juggle multiple things without dropping the ball
