Home Support Services (HSS) which is part of the Medibank Enterprise, has been providing in-home healthcare services since 1989. We understand that Australians want more choice over where and when they receive care. Where clinically appropriate, our national home healthcare business, Home Support Services (HSS), offer people the flexibility of receiving healthcare and support services in alternative settings to hospitals, wherever they call ‘home’.

The role:

Reporting into the Go To Market Lead, the Marketing Manager for Overseas will develop and implement the Overseas B2B and B2C communication and acquisition strategies to drive prospects/leads and sales into Overseas channels against agreed budgets and deliver to key metrics.


Your impact:

  • You’ll work in collaboration with the GTM Lead to develop the Overseas B2B2C Marketing strategies, aiding the business with their growth targets.
  • You’ll draw upon key insights and analysis to develop new campaign strategies and briefs that enhance brand positioning, capitalise on market opportunities and gain a competitive advantage.
  • You will also identify innovative opportunities to ensure best use of offers/promotions and campaign effectiveness, including innovative solutions to improving reach, frequency and ROI of campaigns, to generate additional revenue growth and market share across Overseas Portfolio.
  • Great opportunity to take part in the New Customer Crew ensuring Medibank’s BWOW principles and way of work is adhered to.
  • You will supervise and lead the Overseas Marketing Specialist, to execute projects and campaigns as agreed.

 

Your strengths and experience:

You’re a natural collaborative team player and have an aptitude for managing multiple projects. This role has many opportunities for growth, as we have so many varying projects to help shape our brand and support our customers.

  • You’ll have experience developing campaign briefs for campaign strategy, objectives, customer segmentation & targeting, campaign metrics, timing and budget.
  • You are also able to develop and execute communications, ensuring brand integrity across advertising, direct mail, online, point of sale, collateral, merchandise, promotions, events/conferences and sponsorships.
  • Your key skills are project and campaign management, strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and influencing, strategic thinking & attention to detail.

 

Your qualifications:

  • Signifiant experience in marketing communications, ideally within a financial or professional service industry.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar.
  • Team leader or manager experience.
