The role:


Reporting into the Go To Market Lead, the Marketing Manager for Corporate & Retail is responsible for owning the development and implementation of the Corporate B2B and B2C communication and acquisition strategies to drive prospects/leads and sales into Corporate channels against agreed budgets and deliver to key metrics.


You will also take ownership of driving the retail marketing strategy. You will be developing and executing communications, ensuring brand integrity across our retail network, advertising, direct mail, online, point of sale, collateral, merchandise, promotions, events/conferences and sponsorships.


Your impact:


You will work with the GTM Leads to deliver a cohesive brand engagement strategy through the retail channel.

You’ll take the lead on the Corporate and LAM marketing strategy and projects with responsibility for communications strategy through execution for product launches, activations, projects and acquisition campaigns across the Corporate portfolio and retail channel.


  • You will develop, manage and execute communications material and communications activities in line with brand, legal and compliance standards
  • You’ll monitor and report on any valuable insights (daily/weekly business and marketing results) which may impact business outcomes. Report back to Portfolios and channels accordingly
  • You’ll take part in the B2B2C squad in the New Customer Crew
  • You work collaboratively with key Corporate and Retail stakeholders to ensure they are regularly informed of campaign development and status
  • You will supervise and lead the Corporate and Retail Marketing Specialist, to execute projects and campaigns as agreed


Please note that it is a 5 month, fixed term contract.


Your strengths and experience:


You’re a highly organised, result driven marketer with an aptitude for managing multiple projects simultaneously. You’re a strategic thinker with an eye for detail and enjoy working cross functionally.


  • You’ll have experience developing campaign briefs for campaign strategy, objectives, customer segmentation & targeting, campaign metrics, timing and budget
  • You have a clear understanding of processes, systems and people within their business area that are subject to the compliance requirements
  • Your key skills are project and campaign management, strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and influencing and innovation


Your qualifications:

  • 5 years minimum experience in marketing communications, ideally within a financial or professional service industry
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar
  • Team leader or manager experience
