We’re on an exciting journey to evolve from a B2B health services provider into a direct-to-consumer brand — and we’re looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed B2C Marketing & Proposition Lead to help drive this transformation.

This 12 month fixed term contract opportunity would see you lead the development of differentiated, insight-led consumer propositions and translate them into integrated marketing strategies that deliver real value to both customers and the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead proposition development grounded in customer insight and human-centred design.
  • Design and execute integrated B2C marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaborate across business units to ensure alignment between brand, CX, product and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Champion customer experience through seamless journey mapping and strategic storytelling.
  • Influence and inspire internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-impact marketing outcomes.

What you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years’ experience in B2C marketing, ideally in health, insurance, or financial services.
  • Proven success in developing and launching consumer propositions.
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and hands-on execution capability.
  • Expertise in human-centred design and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
