About the role


We are looking for a Campaign Manager/ Automation Specialist to join ahm and play an integral role in building and executing member communications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.


This is a hands-on technical role where you will draw on previous automation experience to enable greater marketing automation capability.


Reporting into the Marketing Platforms & Automation Manager, you will be responsible for:


  • End-to-end campaign management of member journeys including building, testing, launching and reporting
  • Working cross functionally to receive briefs, create segmented audiences, create assets (emails, SMSs, automations, forms, landing pages and journeys) and test cases and deployment of campaigns
  • Draw on data and insights to enhance campaign targeting abilities across multiple channels
  • Implementation of new platform environments on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Work with Managers, Leads and the broader team to implement the retention communications strategy in line with the Customer Engagement Roadmap
  • Monitor existing automations and journeys to spot issues and fix errors
  • Relationship management with external vendors, specifically Salesforce

You are a Marketing Automation Specialist with a proven track record of using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. A natural relationship builder, you like to work collaboratively to drive outcomes and ensure best practice.

You are naturally curious and pride yourself in your problem-solving ability. You have proven experience working in dynamic and fast paced environments, so you know how to wear many hats.


Other key requirements?


  • Previous experience in end to end campaign management and execution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio and Mobile Studio or equivalent top tier platform in a service-based industry
  • Practical understanding of SQL and the ability to write basic SQL queries
  • Basic HTML knowledge and ability to perform HTML and CSS editing
  • Basic practical knowledge of AMP Script
