About the role

It’s an exciting time to be at ahm because we are rapidly advancing towards growth in new channels to deliver automated touchpoints and personalised customer experiences for our members.

As Marketing Campaigns and Automations Specialist you will be very hands on and technical to build and execute member communications through our campaign tool, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enable greater marketing automation capability.

You will also provide strategic direction to support the delivery of ahm’s automation program and customer journeys to deliver a positive customer led experience that leads to high member engagement.  

Reporting to the Retention and Automation Lead, you are happy to roll up your sleeves to:

  • Ensure delivery of a robust, tested, targeted, timely and engaging campaigns that enhance the member experience.
  • Identify opportunities to proactively prevent customers lapsing.
  • Manage the delivery of marketing and service automation program of work.
  • Work closely with the Communications, CX and Digital teams to deliver campaigns, journeys and experiences across a suite of channels on time and to budget.
  • Working closely with a cross functional team to receive briefs, create segmented audiences, create assets (emails, SMSs, automations, forms, landing pages and journeys) and test cases and deployment of campaigns.
  • Work within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop data specification and filtering, build campaign from templates, test and broadcast simple to complex, segmented and multivariate retention ad hoc campaigns, automations and journeys.

You’re a little bit obsessive about understanding our customers and getting to know what makes them tick. You enjoy doing new things. You are comfortable with change. You are also results oriented and have the ability to prioritise and manage time-sensitive tasks. You will need:

  • You have 3 years minimum experience in campaign management and execution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio and Mobile Studio or equivalent top tier platform in a service-based industry
  • You have a practical understanding of SQL and the ability to write basic SQL queries.
  • You have basic HTML knowledge and ability to perform HTML and CSS editing
  • You have a basic practical knowledge of AMP Script
  • You’re passionate about the world of digital communications and the ability to achieve business goals through automation and personalisation of campaigns
